Counselor Forms

We are looking for enthusiastic, high-energy, and physically fit volunteer counselors. This is an opportunity to spend a week in the mountains, working with young campers. 1. Complete the counselor application by April 16 and submit to:

New Mexico Forestry Camp

2. Counselors will be notified if they have been accepted for the Camp. The following form will then need to be completed and submitted to Marsha Hagerdon at the address above.
   • Health History Form
     PLEASE NOTE: Section B must be completed by a licensed medical specialist within 24 months of attendance.
   • Volunteer Contract

Be advised—a criminal history check is required prior to confirmation of the counselor position. The New Mexico Forestry Camp handles this without charge to the prospective counselor.
