Complete the camper application by April 16 and submit with $100 registration fee (payable to Forestry Camp) to:

Campers and parents will be notified of acceptance to camp via email address if you have provided us with one. Otherwise, you will be notified by mail.

Upon receipt of acceptance, the following forms will need to be completed and submitted to Jean Szymanski at the address above.
- Camper Permisson Form
- Health History Form
  PLEASE NOTE: Section B must be completed by a licensed medical specialist within 24 months of attendance.
- Camper Contract
